Manufacturing Profit Analysis
Updated 1m agoISK Scout's manufacturing engine has evaluated 4,164 blueprint production recipes across 7 hub stations by pulling real-time material costs from ESI, applying Material Efficiency (ME 0-10) and Time Efficiency (TE 0-20) reductions, adding the station's configurable job cost (4% default), and comparing both instant-sell and list-sell revenues against total production cost. Of these, 332 products are profitable via both sell paths simultaneously, indicating strong demand. The hub with the widest catalog is Jita 4-4 with 876 recipes. The top ISK-per-hour opportunity is Fission Thruster at 124.0M/hour using list-sell pricing. All figures refresh every 5 minutes from ESI market orders and blueprint static data.

About this tool
EVE Online manufacturing combines blueprints, minerals, and components into finished products. Profitability depends on the gap between material cost + job cost + taxes and the finished-product sell price. ISK Scout's manufacturing analyzer precomputes every craftable item every 5 minutes, surfacing net profit after material buys, system cost index-based job costs, and finished-product sell prices. Configure your blueprint Material Efficiency (ME 0–10), Time Efficiency (TE 0–20), and job cost rate (0–15%) for results matched to your setup. ME automatically reduces material requirements — some items flip from loss to profit at ME 10 due to the 10% material savings.
View full FAQHow manufacturing profits are calculated
Each blueprint's base material quantities are scaled by ceil(base × (1 − 0.01 × ME_level)) so perfect ME 10 saves up to 10% on materials. The engine fetches every material's sell-order price from ESI, sums total material cost, then adds job install cost = estimated_item_value × job_cost_rate. Two profit paths are evaluated: list-sell (undercut the lowest current sell order by a narrow margin) vs instant-sell (sell directly into the highest buy order). ISK-per-hour divides net profit by blueprint manufacturing time, which itself is scaled by TE level. Sell-through time (days_to_sell) estimates clearance speed from current sell-order volume divided by average daily volume.
